I’ve been working with Steve Allman for the past 6 months and just come to the end of our first and hopefully not last coaching stint. What an easy recommendation to give! Not only is Steve a great coach and has a unique ability to ask challenging questions which allowed me to give myself advice, and yes of course course his coaching comes with positive intent, however it also came with so much positivity, humour ( the ‘Dad ‘jokes ) and helped be build confidence and self-belief. Especially in understanding my role, where of course Steve’s decades of experience in the charity sector helped.
